Using PolyLEVEL, an expansive polyurethane foam we lift and level sunken concrete slabs. The foam expands beneath the surface of the concrete lifting the sunken concrete slab. At the base of the stairwell, we added a trench drain to capture surface water coming down the steps before it could reach the basement floor. From there, we connected the drainage to a new TripleSafe sump pump system, offering three levels of protection to keep the basement dry even during power outages or pump failures.
To manage discharge outside, we installed IceGuard outlets to prevent freezing in the discharge lines during winter months, and a LawnScape outlet at the end of the line for clean, effective drainage into the yard.
