This home had a crawlspace that was receiving too much water and moisture, so we were tasked with waterproofing and encapsulating the crawl space. We started by laying down CleanSpace matting all across the floors and walls of the crawlspace. The patented CleanSpace is able to block out all elements as well as drain water to the sump pump at the same time. We installed the Smart Sump as the sump pump as well as the Sedona SaniDry dehumidifier for good measure. This crawlspace will never leak water again.

We have a couple of leaks in our basement and we would like to at least start on a quote to see how much it will cost to repair it. Almost every time it rains, water will flood the area around the leaks. It also looks like the front face of a few of the concrete blocks have eroded away as well. A sump pump has been installed, but the basement hasn't been waterproofed from the exterior.
