This basement wall was cracked, bowing, and allowing water to leak through during heavy rains. The moisture and movement were only getting worse, and the homeowners knew it was time to act before the damage got more severe. We stabilized the wall using CarbonArmor straps and addressed the water intrusion with a full perimeter WaterGuard drainage system (concealed below the floor). We also installed a SuperSump Plus pump system and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the space dry and protected long-term.

The floors above this basement in Falmouth, KY, were sloping and sagging. This was not only resulting in loud creaking sounds for the inhabitants of the home when they walked across the floorboards, but it was also causing gaps to appear between the walls and floors upstairs. After inspecting the basement, our team found that several of the existing support posts were no longer providing adequate support to the main beams. We added our adjustable SmartJacks posts to permanently stabilize and lift the floor joist system. Once installed, the floors were level again, the creaking stopped, and the upstairs gaps closed up, restoring the home's comfort and stability.

A homeowner in Falmouth, Kentucky contacted us about sagging, uneven floors throughout their house. Over time, the original supports in the crawl space had weakened, leaving the floors sloped and causing concerns about long-term structural stability.
Our team installed 18 SmartJack support posts along with two new steel main beams to permanently stabilize the floor system. The SmartJacks are fully adjustable, allowing us to lift the floors back toward their original position while providing lasting support. To further improve the crawl space, we encapsulated the floor with a CleanSpace vapor barrier, protecting the area from ground moisture and creating a cleaner, drier environment.
The result is a stronger, healthier home with stabilized floors and a crawl space that’s better protected for the future.
William, of Falmouth, Kentucky, bought his home from his grandmother. Under her ownership, she had hired us to install CleanSpace in the basement. Since we were already a trusted company, he called us back out to help with his foundation problems.
We installed 4 PowerBraces to help stabilize the foundation wall. We also installed WaterGuard around the perimeter to prevent leaks in the basement.
