The best before before and after photos for waterproofing projects are no doubt the ones with CleanSpace walls. They are inexpensive and easy to install, and they do a fantastic job at covering up messy walls. They even tuck into our subfloor drains, which helps direct wall leaks to the sump pump.

A home that we serviced in Burlington, Kentucky was having issues with an uneven driveway and sloping sidewalk. These issues occur over time as slabs become uneven as a result of erosion, compromised soils, and pressure. Our team used high-strength PolyLevel polyurethane foam to lift these slabs back to level and permanently secure them.
Mr. Munday of Petersburg, Kentucky, had many large cracks on his garage floor and driveway. That wasn't the only problem with their house! The Mundays had fractures going up their walls, and the doors were hard to open and close. After seeing us in a commercial, Mr. Munday called us and scheduled an appointment with our sales representative, Walt Fanthorp.
Walt inspected the property and gave the Mondays a couple of options. We could install piers. That would permanently fix the problem and help prevent any further shifting of the foundation. Or, we could lift the concrete with our PolyLevel system. This would fill any voids where soil had eroded under the concrete. The foam would lift and stabilize the foundation.
For now, Mr. Munday let us know that he just wanted to fix the tripping hazards in his driveway. He decided to move forward with the PolyLevel. Our system raised the concrete drive way and garage floor. Later, Kevin, our foreman, went in and filled all of the joints with SealantPro to ensure that water didn't creep under the concrete and wash more soil away after we left.
This customer was having foundation issues to the left side of their garage. Their foundation was sinking and it was resulting in cracks in their garage and an unbalanced garage floor. Luckily one of our certified inspectors knew just the fix to restore their foundation back to normal. Our helical piers were hydraulically screwed into the ground using their unique design to the exterior of the home. The piers were then attached to a steel foundation bracket connected to the footing. The piers are then able to lift the home back to normal, and due to the depthless of the piers, the home will never sink again. This solution is quick, minimal, and permanent. In the end, the customer was happy with our services.
Back in March of last year we had a customer who was having problems with their concrete driveway and garage. There were multiple cracks that reached across the entirety of the driveway and were very noticeable. These cracks were very tiring on the eyes and caused uneven walking grounds. After the original meeting with the customer, we told them we could help. With the expertise of our team, we were able to apply just enough PolyLevel in the slabs and were able to lift the slabs to be even all across the driveway. The cracks then disappeared and were filled in without having to worry about the slabs moving ever again.
In Florence, KY, this homeowner noticed their driveway and sidewalk had settled unevenly over time, with some concrete slabs sinking as much as 2.5 inches into the soil. The uneven surfaces weren’t just an eyesore — they also created serious trip hazards.
To fix the problem, we used PolyLevel®, our expanding foam solution that lifts sunken concrete quickly and precisely. Once the slabs were raised back to their proper position, we sealed the cracks and joints with NexusPro®, a durable, flexible sealant that prevents water from seeping beneath the concrete — helping to protect the area from future settling.
Now, this driveway and sidewalk are level, sealed, and protected — giving the homeowner peace of mind and a safer, cleaner look.
A homeowner in Oxford, OH called us after dealing with repeated water issues in their basement. Water was seeping in through the walls and pooling around the water heater, putting the home at risk for mold, structural damage, and costly repairs.
To permanently solve the problem, our team installed a full waterproofing system. Along the perimeter, we placed our WaterGuard® drainage system, designed to collect any water that seeps through the foundation walls and direct it safely to a sump pump. Around the water heater, we added TrenchDrain™, preventing water from pooling in this common trouble area.
To seal visible wall cracks and brighten the space, we installed BrightWall® panels, which not only cover cracks but also help protect the basement from moisture. Finally, we completed the system with a SuperSump® pump system, ensuring reliable water removal even during heavy rains.
Now, this Oxford basement is clean, dry, and protected — giving the homeowner peace of mind for years to come.
This Hebron, KY homeowner had a poured foundation basement that was starting to show signs of water intrusion. During heavy rains, water would pool along the edges of the floor, creating a damp environment and making the space unusable for storage. The homeowner wanted a permanent solution that would keep the basement dry year-round and protect their home’s foundation.
Our team installed a WaterGuard® sub-floor drainage system along the perimeter of the basement to capture seepage right at the foundation wall-floor joint. We paired this with two high-performance sump systems — a SuperSump® for reliable everyday pumping, and a TripleSafe® sump pump for triple-layer protection in the event of pump failure, high water volume, or power outages. Together, these systems ensure the basement stays dry, even during the most severe storms.
Now, the homeowner has a clean, dry basement that’s ready for storage or finishing — and peace of mind knowing their foundation is protected.
A homeowner in Burlington, KY noticed growing cracks along the corner of their home. The issue was caused by horizontal settlement — the soil beneath one corner of the foundation was shifting and allowing the structure to slowly move outward. To stop the movement and prevent further cracking, our crew installed a series of helical piers wrapping around the affected corner. These piers were drilled deep into stable soil and then attached to the foundation, effectively locking the home in place. With the corner stabilized, the structure is now protected from future settlement damage.
This homeowner reached out after noticing drywall cracks and doors that wouldn’t close properly. During our inspection, we discovered the house was sinking and the garage lintel was beginning to sag. To permanently solve the issue, we recommended installing helical piers along the front of the home and using our proven Lintel Repair System to reinforce the garage. Over the course of five days, our crew installed 13 piers to underpin and stabilize the foundation. The garage lintel was repaired in just one day. Now the home is fully supported and protected for the long haul, giving the homeowner peace of mind.
A family in Verona was struggling with water seeping into their basement during heavy rains, leaving the space damp and musty. To protect the home long-term, our crew installed a full waterproofing system that included WaterGuard subfloor drains, a TripleSafe sump pump, and CleanSpace vapor barrier.
The WaterGuard drains were set along the inside perimeter to capture groundwater at the wall-floor joint and direct it to the new TripleSafe sump system. TripleSafe provides three layers of pumping protection, including a battery backup, so the basement stays dry even during storms or power outages. To finish the space, we lined the walls with CleanSpace vapor barrier, sealing out moisture and giving the basement a bright, clean appearance.
This combination of products transformed the basement into a dry, usable area while safeguarding the foundation against future water damage.
This home, located on a street off of Big Bone Road in Union, KY, was experiencing a leaning retaining wall that needed immediate attention. Over time, the wall had shifted outward, creating both a safety concern and potential long-term damage to the landscaping and property.
To restore stability, our team installed four GeoLock wall anchors and four helical tie backs. The GeoLock anchors helped pull the wall back toward its original position, while the helical tie backs provided deep structural support to keep the wall securely in place for the long term.
With the wall straightened and stabilized, the homeowner now has a safer yard and a foundation they can trust. Be sure to scroll through the photos to see the transformation.
In Petersburg, Kentucky, a homeowner noticed that the concrete around their pool had started to sink slightly. Because the pool sits on a hillside, rainwater had gradually washed away the supporting soil underneath, creating voids and leaving parts of the concrete slab unstable. To fix the issue, our team used PolyLevel to fill the voids, stabilize the surface, and lift the slabs back into place. The homeowner caught the problem early before any cracks had formed, preventing more serious damage and keeping the pool area safe and level for years to come.
A homeowner in Florence, Kentucky reached out after noticing their windows had become difficult to open and close, a common sign of foundation settlement. Our inspection confirmed that one corner of the home had begun to sink, causing the frames to shift out of alignment. To correct the issue, our team installed four helical piers along the front corner of the foundation. These piers were driven deep into stable soil and then used to lift the settled section back toward its original position. Once the foundation was properly stabilized, the windows operated smoothly again, and the homeowner could feel confident knowing their home was supported on solid ground.
This concrete Driveway in Hebron, KY, was settling, causing the driveway to sink down past the garage slab. In order to level out the driveway, we injected each slab with our calculated amounts of our PolyLevel foam. After leveling out the driveway, we then sealed all the cracks with our NexusPro joint sealant. After the job was completed, the driveway was raised back to where it was poured originally. The sealant will help keep water from infiltrating the soil underneath the driveway as well.
The corner of this garage in Walton, KY, was sinking into problematic soil. In order to stabilize the sinking corner, we installed two helical piers underneath the structure. Our piers are able to reach deep depths thanks to their screw-like shape. After we screw the piers deep into load-bearing strata, we then transfer the weight of the home to the load-bearing strata by latching our "L" shaped brackets up underneath the footing. After the transfer is secured, we can then attempt to lift the structure back up with hydraulics. This last step can help close cracks and can help fix sticky doors and windows. This garage corner is now stabilized for life.
This foundation in Burlington, KY, had some walls that needed repaired. There were some slight deflections on the walls, as well as some hairline cracks. We installed a system of our CarbonArmor straps to keep the wall intact and to stop the wall from moving any further. Our carbon straps are super strong, and are somewhat a new wall repair technology. The homeowner was super happy with this new technology, especially with how non-invasive it was.
