Using PolyLEVEL, an expansive polyurethane foam we lift and level sunken concrete slabs. The foam expands beneath the surface of the concrete lifting the sunken concrete slab. The foam cures over the course of a day leaving a powerful and lightweight foundation beneath the slab. PolyLEVEL is the preferred method over traditional forma of mudjacking or slab jacking.
We waterproofed this home in Newport, KY, for a homeowner who was tired of having to clean the basement every time it rained. We started by jackhammering around the perimeter of the basement floor to make room for our WaterGuard drains. We then hooked the drains up to a SuperSump sump pump in the corner of the basement. To finish, we wrapped the walls with our BrightWall panels, floated concrete back over the top of the drains to conceal them, and we closed the sump pump lid airtight. After the project was completed, the homeowner left us a review on our website. In August 2025, we were called out to the corner of Lexington Avenue and Providence Way in Newport, KY to prepare a new garage addition for long-term stability. The homeowner wanted peace of mind that their new structure would never face settlement issues, so we installed our pre-construction helical piers before the foundation was poured.
Our team placed the piers precisely along the planned footer line. This way, when the concrete was poured, it wrapped directly around each pier, locking them into the foundation itself. By anchoring the garage addition to stable soil from the very start, the homeowner can be confident the foundation won’t shift or settle for the lifetime of the building.
