Insu.ation in crawlspace is falling down

I seem to have a bug issue in one corner of the basement, but I think its because of water leak behind the wall as there is occasional moisture. The wall above it on the next floor seems to be flexing too which makes me think one wall across both floors may have some water issues. I'm not really what the specific issue is, but I am hoping I can get more info. I also have a separate issue on the other side of my house where a skywindow on the roof seems to be leaking possibly due to a bad seal or missing caulking perhaps. I am hoping to get help with that too.

Need beams replaced house is settling and some beams have termite damage. Probably needs jacks set up also. This is all in crawl space. We have a sump pump, electric, and a dehumidifier there now. Need someone to finish the job.

1950s ranch home was rehabbed in late 80s. Cracks on ceilings, climbing around doorframes. some ceilings no longer plumb (like wall pulling away from ceiling, visible b/c wallpaper border is significantly buckling). Some cracks so bad drywall is falling away from them. Front door has gaps when closed. No basement, only crawl space, perhaps 3.5 feet or so high. (So you don't have to be on your belly.)
