Basement Crack Repair & Waterproofing in Highland County, OH

We encapsulated this crawl space in Hillsboro, OH, because a customer wanted to get rid of the musty smell throughout their home. The only way to access this basement was through the stairwell, which often flooded. We waterproofed the basement by installing 48 linear feet of our WaterGuard subfloor drains, wrapping the walls with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, installing a trench drain around the stairwell threshold, and fitting a new SmartSump sump pump in the corner. The homeowner noticed a difference in the smell of their home from their bedroom right away after we completed the job.
