This wall in Hamilton, OH, was leaking water from the cove (where the floor meets the wall) and through some cracks in the wall itself. We started by excavating the floor along the wall to make room for our WaterGuard drainage system. In the first attached photo to this project, you can see the exposed WaterGuard before we floated concrete over it to conceal the system. We also installed a SuperSump sump pump in the corner to help discharge the water away from the home. Lastly, we covered the leaky cracks with an antimicrobial wall cover to help channel leaks from the wall down into the subfloor drainage system. The homeowner was happy with the outcome.
We installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with CleanSpace Vent Covers, SilverGlo Crawl Space Insulation and RimTight Rim Joist Insulation for a homeowner in Hamilton, Ohio.
