Whether you have a historic home in Garrison or a modern build, our waterproofing systems are tailored to the local climate and geology of the Ohio River Valley.

Whether you are dealing with hydrostatic pressure causing basement leaks or foundation cracks from soil settlement in the Ohio River Valley, our local team provides permanent protection for your Garrison, KY property.
Sinking sidewalks and uneven driveways are common throughout our region due to the intense freeze-thaw cycles and shifting soils found in KY. Instead of costly concrete replacement, we utilize PolyLevel®—a high-density polyurethane foam that lifts and levels concrete slabs with surgical precision.
It’s the fastest, most durable way to remove tripping hazards and restore your property’s curb appeal in Garrison.
This customer called us and revealed that they were concerned about their windows leaking. We told them that this is something we could help them with, as we have window well ducts that we could help them with. We sent out one of our trusted inspectors to take a look and help them out. Upon inspection we confirmed that their windows were indeed leaking, but we also noticed water intrusions elsewhere in the basement. We offered them a tailored system for their basement problems. We offered a full interior perimeter basement waterproofing system along with our window well ducts. The homeowner later realized that they did not want the window well drains, and they sought to fix the well drainage themselves. They did not care about stained walls as they had no plans to finish the basement, they just did not want the basement to flood or smell musty, so the window wells seemed not worth it in their eyes. However, they still wanted the waterproofing system to stop other water intrusions coming from elsewhere. We told them that if their well drainage system still doesn't work after they try and fix it themselves, we could easily install our well ducts in the future and hook them up to the below the floor WaterGuard drains, no pressure at all. We also installed a SuperSump sump pump and Sedona SaniDry dehumidifier to eliminate the musty smells and to stop the basement from flooding.
