This home had an egress window (that we didn't install) in the basement that was leaking. We solved the leaking by installing a well duct that is able to lead water from the well to a TripleSafe sump pump. We also installed WaterGuard along the perimeter of the basement that also leads to the sump pump. You can see the well duct system in the after picture under the egress window.

This basement had cracks in its concrete foundation because the soil was shifting around the foundation. We installed helical piers to raise the house back and to make it stay there.

Sinking Foundation Repairs in Alexandria, KY

Mr. Orr of Alexandria, Kentucky, discovered earlier this year that the foundation of his home was sinking. He did an internet search and found us on Angie Leads. After calling us and describing his foundation issues, our call center rep, Debbie, scheduled an appointment with him.
