An appointment was scheduled with a certified inspector, Jeff.  Jeff recommended a SmartSump pump system, which is designed just for crawl spaces, along with IceGuard and a LawnScape Outlet. CleanSpace encapsulation system with drainage matting, CleanSpace vent covers, an Everlast door to provide an airtight seal in the crawlspace and a SaniDry dehumidifier to keep the humidity low.  

Removal of the debris and these products installed, Diane will now be able to enjoy her home without having to worry about the musty smell every time the air conditioning unit comes on.

The homeowner met with a certified inspector who recommended that a TripleSafe Sump Pump system is installed to resolve this problem for the homeowner.

The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is a three pump system.  Pump one is the primary pump that will be doing the majority of the pumping.  It is a Zoeller 1/3 hp pump.  Pump two is a 1/2 hp high volume pump and it will turn on if pump one fails or becomes overwhelmed by the amount of water both pumps will work at the same time and can pump a total of 6,200 gallons of water out of the basement per hour. Pump three is an UltraSump Battery Back-up Pump this pump will turn on during a power failure and run via battery power.  It comes with its own battery and charging station.

Over time, concrete slabs like those in the driveway or sidewalk can become uneven due to pressure, erosion, and other factors. That's what happened to the driveway of this Cedarville, Ohio property. The homeowners noticed that the driveway was beginning to slope and create a drop-off at the edge of the garage. This was posing a tripping hazard and the gap was filling with ice in the winter. Our technicians raised the driveway back to level with some strategically placed PolyLevel injections. These high-strength polyurethane foam injections are injected beneath the slab and expand as they dry - lifting the slab back to level.
