A homeowner in Springboro, Ohio had some sidewalk slabs that needed to be raised so they called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati.  We used Polylevel Injection to raise the slabs back to the level position.  Now they are no longer a tripping hazard when walking up to the home!

In the "before" picture, you can see how the one slab has sunk and could easily be tripped on, but now that the slab has been raised that will no longer be a problem.

We bought a 5 year old this past spring and have a functioning sump pump. There is a watchdog backup system in place and we bought a battery for it but it does not work. We are looking into backup options, specifically the water backup system should the functioning pump fail or our power go out. It is important to note that our pump drains water every 10 seconds and at least every 10 minutes during the driest summer days so I suspect our house was built on a natural spring or we have a high water table.
