Challenge
A home in Liberty Township that had experienced some flooding over the years. To resolve this issue for the homeowner we installed WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, a SaniDry Sedona Basement Air System, and EverLast Wall Restoration System.
Solution
The WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a sub-floor piping system installed along the foundation walls to intercept the water as it seeps into the basement. The water will drain into the TripleSafe Sump Pump System and removed from the basement.
The TripleSafe Sump Pump System includes three pumps. The first pump will be the primary pump used to remove water from the basement. The secondary pump is a high-capacity pump that will turn on automatically if the primary pump becomes overwhelmed with a high-volume of water. The third pump is the battery back-up pump. This pump will turn on if there is a power failure and will run on battery power to remove water from the basement. The TripleSafe System also includes the Pump Stands, WaterWatch Alarm, and an AirTight Lid with an AirTight Floor Dain.
The SaniDry Basement Air System dries and filters the air in the home. It is crucial to control the moisture in the house to discourage mold, musty odors, and humidity in the basement. The filter of the SaniDry removes mold spores, dust mite droppings, and other particulates from the air. The SaniDry will make your home healthier and more comfortable.
The EverLast Wall Restoration System works with WaterGuard to keep the basement dry.
