          When others are doing major work on our old home I am one picky engineer. Sharon and I have lived in our home in Fort Thomas, Kentucky since 1976 and take much pride in maintaining and renovating it. We chose the Basement Doctor for our latest undertaking and are pleased to report it was a GOOD decision. Pat and his crew just finished our foundation waterproofing and stabilization project. During the past four days, we witnessed an outstanding team that worked well together. Everyone was hardworking, cheerful, task-oriented, respectful of our yard and home, and courteous to us and to each other. When a specific decision needed to be made, Pat consulted me, and a discussion followed. The advice he gave proved to be sound which obviously ended with excellent results. The heavy rains of spring will not haunt us anymore. What a great team - Pat (crew foreman), Vito, Korey, Josh, and our latecomer Marv. Everyone provided a great contribution to the project and to our home. We will definitely refer our family and friends to your company - we are satisfied customers.           Patrick W. and his crew were extremely polite and explained the process of installing helical piers, standard brackets. The job was done in 4 days and they left my yard in good shape.
