A West Harrison, Indiana homeowner was having problems with water seeping into the basement at the base of the floor.  The homeowner met with Steve, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is installed to resolve the problem that the homeowner was having with water intrusion.

WaterGuard is our patented perimeter piping system used to intercept the water that is seeping into the basement.  The water is collected into the WaterGuard and then drained into the sump pump system to be pumped out of the basement.  The WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System will keep the basement dry and help the homeowner to have a usable space that can be used for storage or extra living space without worries of water intrusion.  

In these pictures, you can see that the water is seeping into the basement between the wall and the floor.  Now with the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System installed, the water will be intercepted by the WaterGuard and pumped out of the basement.  This will allow the homeowner to use the basement for storage or extra living space without worries of water intrusion.
